I have been a producer and editor for Ken Burn’s Florentine Films for over 30 years. I have known Mark Gordon for 6 years and was an editing consultant and consulting producer on his first feature documentary, Awakening In Taos, which has been syndicated nationally over PBS. He emerged with a very exciting, compelling and award-winning first feature documentary. I was honored to attend a sold-out premiere at Santa Fe’s Lensic Performing Arts Center, followed by equally successful, and sold out, screenings at the Kimo Theater in Albuquerque and the Taos Arts Center. I loved this film and how the director captured the life of one individual who had such an interesting life, her famous friends, and after three marriages find her true love. It was an enjoyable story.
